The Studio

Moon Realm is a California-based planning and design studio. Our creative headquarters is a 15-acre desert sanctuary in Landers, California, just outside of Los Angeles. We also have an East Coast office in Washington, DC. We plan celebrations throughout California, as well as select events on the East Coast and in destinations worldwide.

Absolutely! We consider destination celebrations in the U.S. and abroad on a project-by-project basis, taking location, scope, and availability into account. We take on a limited number each year and would love to hear what you’re envisioning.

Every celebration we design is custom, with pricing based on the scope, location, guest count, and complexity of the event. We pair a design-forward perspective with thoughtful budget planning, focusing investment on the details that have the greatest impact on the celebration and guest experience.

For weddings, our full-service planning and design fees begin at $25,000. For many weddings in 2027–2028, we recommend an overall budget of $150,000+.

Our planning services always include full event management, from the planning process through production and execution. We do not offer day-of coordination as a standalone service.

We believe a seamless celebration begins long before the event itself. Behind every relaxed experience are months of thoughtful planning, intentional design, and careful production, which is why we only take on projects where we're involved before the wedding day.

We recommend reaching out as soon as you have a date or timeframe in mind. For weddings, 12–18 months in advance is ideal. We intentionally take on up to eight events each year so we can give each celebration focused attention. We also take on events with shorter planning timelines, depending on our availability and the scope of the event. Wherever you are in the process, we’d love to hear about your plans and let you know what’s possible.

While we have a trusted roster of preferred partners, we curate a custom vendor team for every project based on your priorities, aesthetic, personality, and budget — and we love discovering new talent.
